Free delivery on orders over £20
Standard UK delivery, no code needed.
We always aim to dispatch within 2 working days of an order being placed, we then hand the orders and control from that point over to one of our delivery partners.
Usually, you’ll receive a UK order within 5 working days in the worst case. International orders usually arrive within 10 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders, and 15 working days for international orders before getting in touch, as we can’t take any action with couriers until after that period of time.
Some orders just take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of the year like Christmas.
Please note: While we and our courier partners strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of orders, full liability will be on the customer if an order has been placed and goes missing when the parcel has been flagged to be left in a safe place.
We use a Royal Mail Tracked International service. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout so what you see is all you’ll pay.
Available countries include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and more. Don’t see your country? Get in touch and we’ll investigate adding it.
We use a Royal Mail Tracked International service where the delivery fee is stated at checkout. These parcels are sent DDU (delivery duty unpaid) so you may have additional fees to pay upon delivery. Please check the local fees for your shipping destination.
We hope you are happy with any product purchased from Leonard’s Teas. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date, provided the product is in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following receipt of your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will receive a full refund including the original postage and packaging charges.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@leonardstea.co.uk with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
